I was shocked the first time I tried this bean in an iced latte on soy. It reminded me so much of cherry ripe. That cherry chocolate hint really cut through the milk. The same flavour was cutting through oat and cows milk just as well. I tried it in standard latte and Americano and it really shines as well. I will be experimenting a lot more with this bean in the future as I noticed the berry flavour dropped back in the profile over the second week. Still have more testing to do, but I might try freezing the beans when they are still fresh, to see if I can enjoy the berry notes for longer. Great beans and am very impressed.
