Great in milk

Very good flavour profile. Strong but not bitter. Tending towards darker but still sweet chocolate. Produces a great 1:1.5 ratio to cut through milk. Very good in oat, soy and cows milk. Great as an iced latte and I noticed that letting it sit for a while before drinking, brinks out more of the chocolate notes. A little strong for me as a straight expresso but that's not my favourite style anyway. Surprisingly good in an Americano from even a 1:1 cut. This really allows you to taste the complexity and the berry type notes. Even like this it's not bitter.

I order these all the way from Brisbane because they are fantastic. I do my best to mention Sicilia coffee to others whenever the subject of buying coffee beans comes up.
