Refund policy
If you received products that was not as per your order (eg wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will ensure it is replaced. Please let us know by sending an email to info@siciliacoffee.com
If your order has arrived damaged in transit, we ask that you take a photo and email it through to us (so we can put a claim in with the courier) and we will either replace or refund your order.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange on non-faulty items, delayed shipment, or change of mind.
