• How does the voucher work?
  Once purchased you will receive an auto email confirming your order. Shortly after you will receive a separate email saying "your gift voucher is ready!" and it will contain a link with a voucher number. This email can be forwarded on or printed off as a gift. To redeem, you just enter in the voucher number in the field at checkout that says "discount code or gift voucher" then click "apply". Simple as that!
  
  
• Can a gift voucher be used more than once?
  Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the voucher.
  
  
• Can more than one gift voucher be used towards a purchase?

• If your online store has a 10% off sale, does that mean I can get a cheap gift voucher?

• How do I check the gift voucher balance?
  If a gift voucher is attached to your customer account, then you can check the balance through the link provided in the purchase email. Otherwise, just email us at info@siciliacoffee.com.

• Can gift vouchers be reloaded?

  Yes, gift vouchers are applied to the final order total which includes shipping.
