ORGANIC DECAF: A taste of chocolate, malt and hazelnuts with buttery florals in this cup of coffee that has medium body and acidity. These are fair trade and  organically grown coffee beans that have been decaffeinated via the mountain water process. The coffee beans appear darker in colour, although this is not a dark roast.

We do not use a chemical extraction process; we only use beans that have the caffeine removed via C02 absorption, which also ensures the retention of the original coffee flavours.

I love the mild flavour of the organic decaf coffee beans I purchased from Sicilia. I tried all 3 decaf coffee beans that Sicilia stocks and the organic decaf beans were the best flavour. I could really taste the chocolate and malt flavours and it's the only beans I now purchase, I won't buy anything else.
